Watch this video before answering. The PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) is commonly used among Trainers as the test to determine if a client is healthy enough to begin serious training.

It is 7 Questions - if you answer YES to ANY 1 of them then you should ASK YOUR DOCTOR before training. If none of these 7 factors apply to you then feel free to train however you would like!
