$25K down payment for a home is nothing with the high interest rates. Where is that money coming from and how will it be paid for? The last time money was made easy to get was thru low interest rates. We can remember when people who really not afford those homes defaulted -- thousands of foreclosures we are still recovering from. When Camala speaks of tax incentives for home building companies, isn't she speaking the about the same type of tax incentives for big building companies Pres Trump speaks of?? Biden/Harris admin IS responsible for the high food prices. Not the farmers, food distributors or supermarkets. Since she wants to step into the presidency and continue those policies, she owns them. Harris did nothing to oppose the high food prices. Her family was not affected by them being in the top 10% income bracket. Fuel price increases had and still have the biggest influence on the costs of all goods. Shutting down petro exploration and production led to almost draining our strategic reserves and having to buy foreign fuel. What Harris and the dem party seem not understand is raising taxes on big business will not help. A business, whether a conglomerate or mom/pop store need to make a profit margin in order to keep running. Raising taxes will only drive prices up so they can keep the same operating margin. Those raises in costs thru taxing are passed onto us, the consumer. Look at where Camala is from, California especially San Fransisco. San Fransisco has more regulations on businesses than the state. The city does NOTHING to help the businesses. As a result of the cost of doing business is forcing the businesses are permanently closing. This is what Camala/Walz will bring to the entire nation. Venezuela times 1000. DO YOU WANT THIS??!!

How about doing away with down payments for homes and autos. Redo the Regan restrictions on tax deductions on residential homes so people can put that money back into their homes. It is not just buying a home a problem is also improvements. Electricians and Plumbers here in the Northeast charge $120-200 per hour just for a service call . Also remove residential property off Wall St.
