The fact that he was communicating this way with his superiors makes it clear that this is not the first time he's behaved this way or that it was even allowed. They should all be reprimanded.

Thanks for the update, Duty Ron. 😢 … 🤔 If i weren’t so angry about the botched investigation, I’d cry. What a shame all around. No justice for JOK’s family—one way or the other. And, the more i think about it, Duty Ron, the more I think they shouldn’t even bother retrying the case (??) My reason: We can’t go back in time and redo the forensic examinations that needed to be done THEN. SMH 🤦‍♀️ 😢
