1. That Space Steve leader is actually Time Steve
2. It wasn’t a reset, it was a creation of a new dimension while Sabre was with God Steve, then God Steve teleported Sabre there.

I wonder if the antivirus will return as well, maybe not with the Same origin but the virus HAS returned and the virus series was canceled as soon as the Antivirus showed up. Hmm, well we'll see
