This reminds me how how surprisingly fast we can run backwards. It's not faster, but it can be more efficient for short distances... or at least it feels so. Navigation is a whole lot of another issue 😆

Im here because I have alot of sliding action going on when walking during winter....they told me walk like penguin 🐧 😔 😕
