Thank you for that. This TV is a little different from my old TV because I used to have an external Roku box and that TV I could change channels using a numbered remote and go directly to a channel on this new Hisense TV it only came with a Roku remote of course doesn't have numbers so I programmed a universal remote to use for this TV and it turns it on and off but it will not let me go to a direct Channel. I was wondering if you knew why or if there was something I am doing wrong.

Hi, does the Roku TV still show up in your wifi network management app after unplugged and AA batteries removed from the remote? There is even an exactly the same wifi router here. My Airbnb host has this, and after I unplugged everything for three days the Roku TV still shows up in my network management app, and I wonder if I have been stalked through spoofed hidden camera pretending to be Roku TV.

I bought one of these TVs off-line when I started it. It’s exactly like what you’re showing in this video asked for the language and all that it does come on with the remote. It’s a Roku remote. Looks like the one you’re using, but for some reason all it does is go on and off. It does not run anything else. The OK button doesn’t work and none of that what would be the reason for that?

Is there anything I can do because the TV I can’t get it on Wi-Fi to connect to anything like a different remote or something from online I just don’t know what to do. Any help would be wonderful thank you very much.

My software update does not actually start, wireless and internet get a check, checking for update and then it goes back to wifi screen thoughts?
