As an x100v user, hybrid viewfinder on an M would be incredible - it would keep the traditional M feel but bring it into the 21st century (which is long overdue). Only once you've actually used one could you understand how nice it is. And maybe throw in a diopter while you're at it, and sort out the firmware to be less buggy on release and let it connect to a Mac wirelessly to get raw then you might have a camera worthy of the Leica name, rather than just trading on it.

1. Keep it simple. 2. Get rid of the 20, 40, 60 mp option. 3. The hybrid-viewfinder sounds awesome. Wide-open, the 50mm f/0.95 Noctilux is almost unusable without an EVF. 4. Keep the 'M' look and feel.
