Orange Chicken -
Fry at 350 F for 8-10 Minutes or until an internal 165F

Ingredients -
5-10 Diced Chicken thighs
1 Whole Egg
1 Cup Flour + Cornstarch
2 Tsp Garlic Salt
2 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tsp Ginger Powder
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

Orange Chicken Sauce
1 Tbsp Water and Corn Starch
4 Cloves Sliced Garlic (Thinly sliced)
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 Cup Sugar (Cut out sugar and use Honey)
1 Tsp Oil (Sesame oil Recommended)
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup White Distilled Vinegar + 1/4 Cup Water

Really good stuff. I make something nearly identical. The only difference is that I add orange zest to the sauce.
