Nanga parbat is in personally visited its two base camps from two different sides: 1 from Rupal face, Tarshing, 2nd from Fairy meadows, Raikot! Its totally in Pakistan and not in Kashmir side.

What everyone is forgetting is what makes a mountain "safer" than others is the safest route that is the best to climb. For example, the "safest" climbing route on K2, the Abruzzi Spur, is much more dangerous than the "safest" climbing routes of Mount Everest, Northeast (Tibet) and Southeast (Nepal) Ridges . However, there are climbing routes on Everest that are much more dangerous, and can be compared to be as dangerous as K2 and Annapurna, or even more dangerous.

The problem with Annapurna I is you’re confined to climbing up the ice ridges otherwise you’re likely to die by an avalanche. The issue is the ice ridge is littered with ice chunks that are the size of houses and it’s an endless up & down climb on the ridge so people become impatient and climb off the ridge to ascend and get hit by an avalanche.

dude all the mountain you listed Nepal/China/india is actually only of Nepal. It may be in the border of Nepal/China, but all those mountains actually belong to Nepal.
Same goes for Pakistan
