Pizza Dough Recipe
3 1/2 cups Bread Flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet dry yeast
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 table spoons olive oil

Combine dry ingredients into your mixing bowl, turn mixer on low speed with dough kneader attachment. Add oil and water. As dough ball starts to form add more flour if its to sticky or more water if its not coming together and still too clumpy. Let sit out covered for1 hour to double in size then portion it into dough balls roughly the size of a baseball to softball. Roll out on a floured surface until the size and thickness you desire.

It this had a pellet function, too. It would be the ultimate outdoor cooker. It's already more versatile than anything out there. I will be getting this

Planning on trying a pizza this weekend on the El Patron. Do you recommend building the fire on the bottom or on the adjustable rack? If you're doing it on the bottom, I assumed you took out all the grates on the adjustable rack? @lonestargrillz
