I had different models of Volvo cars for over 30 years and was completely satisfied with their build quality and their services. What I was very surprised about was the fact one year I was told by my local Volvo dealer "if you take out a MOT insurance policy cover then any fault found in the MOT test will be rectified without any further cost to you". My car failed the MOT for a fused bulb costing £0.90p which they made pay as that was not covered in that MOT insurance. I felt that it was an insult after being with them for over 30 years and changed my car to other makes..

This is such a fantastic advert, I would love to know who directed and produced it. It has really made me want to own a new Volvo, didn't think I would ever say that to be honest, but the advert conveys a great design ethos. I feel Volvo have the potential to eclipse Audi/BMW in that sort of luxury car category. I guess it does it's job, the marketing team deserve a pay rise!
