Complete Rebuild of a Torqeedo Ultralight

Back story - this is a 402 that I replaced the power cord on so I could use the 403 batteries. When I replaced the power cord. I didn’t notice there was a crack in the motor cap which caused water damage. Long story short I replaced the motor pcd, both caps, o-ring and the gear box. Total $448. The old gear box is still good but remember this is a old 402 so I decided to replace it also.
