Zyzz wasn't a fitness example to follow, his lifestyle was everything but healthy, on the other hand, he is one of the best if not the best aesthetic example to follow, very skinny insecure guy who got bullied in the school and later got godlike physique, looked exactly like he always wanted, achieved his wanted look, got girls and partied with his best friends, I love Zyzz for what he brought to the world, a confidence example and motivation to achieve your dreams.

Zyzz is an idol not for his life style but his message, He motivated countless youngsters to train and never be dissapointed of their body no matter what others said. Zyzz is truely a blessing to the community.

He's also one of the reasons I never touched steroids, sarms, etc. I didn't want to go out like a firework. Zyzz shined and continues to shine, but he's gone.

You can choose to live your life like a firework. There's a price to everything.

Zyzz had a bigger impact on peoples lives than most believe he motivated a generation of kids to go to the gym, those same kids now are shredded, are gym content creators, work in the fitness industry or are just people who finally got to be happy about their body and live a healthy life. Now those same people are motivating the next generation to go to the gym.

I love how zyzz not become the nerd who hide in the corner and cry, he tried his best to achieve the thing that he want in life, he is the man of action, and know exactly how to do it, confident and alpha AF
