Hi! If you are new to the channel, you should know that I do different topics each week. I've already done several Arduino tutorials, and I will do several more in the future. Just because I don't do a topic one week doesn't mean that I've stopped doing videos on that topic.

Thanks for checking. As I said at the beginning of my video, you should already know how to code basic HTML before watching this tutorial. If I had to go back through the steps of basic HTML layout and etiquette, this would be an hour long video. The point of this tutorial is to get people interested in coding with HTML5. If all you're doing is copying my code, then your doing it wrong. The page you tested should be one you coded yourself, and if it has errors, then you should fix them.

Now that I can understand. The intent was for this to be a continuation of my HTML5 tutorial series, where each video I show more and more samples of it's capabilities. I saw it as being like a homework example that's intended to give creative minds a starting point for larger, more interesting projects. However, like you said, this may be a bad way to execute my intention. So I'm open to suggestions. How would you have done this type of tutorial? What would you have rather seen?

Definitely don't use them as a main webhost, but to do some basic webpage and database testing, they've got a great set of free tools.

Back to the basics!

I rely heavily on scripting. I'll go through the entire project once (just to make sure everything works), then I'll go through it again and write down all the steps. Then I start writing a script around the steps, and then I go through the script and the project to see what I can condense and cut out. Even after all that, I'll sometimes even cut out parts while I'm editing the video. Filming the project is actually the easy part. The pre-production and post-production consumes the most time.

gigafide, excellent videos, you do a good job at highlighting the important parts and keeping things condensed without skimming over too much. Excellent job with the audio cues as well. You are right about long videos, looking at the data from my own channel, most people stop watching pretty quickly. So, my question is this, do you script and story board everything out?

I'm working on a new website, however, that isn't Adsense dependent that is going to have a lot more user interactive stuff like the old Tinkernut site. I'll keep you posted. ok i hope someone sees this who tried to do this, after goin to tinkernut's forum i found everything and so far everything runs.my browser senses the webcam and asks to connect it.so far so good.when i snap a picture its just a white frame with no pic in it though.im not a proggrammer could use some help. thx anyway guys
