You can touch the body bags, you just can’t disturb the ones with Regenerators inside.

Didn’t know there were regenerators in these bags during my first run so I almost died here, and they were so damn close so I couldn’t really use a rifle, but now I have infinite rpg and it’s their turn to be scared

If you have the bio scope you can know where the regenaradors are and you can touch the empty ones. Only specific ones you have to take care to not touch.

Helpful tip. When iron maidens explode. You can crouch down and the spikes from explosions will not hit you.

"Dont touch any" is good advice but there are only a couple that are guarenteed to open if you touch them
