Useful video as usual, and here is my learned points
1) S-curve is an easy way to introduce ur project costs or any data
2) S-curve has different types, like front and back loaded
3) it is only for cumulative data
4) if i have front or back loaded s-curve, i have to check the availability of the resources for that time when the load is high
5) S-curve can be used for all types of projects, not only construction projects, but also services projects where we calculate man hour for estimating the cost
6) any cumulative data can be used to draw that s-curve


Here is a question ... I read that one of the advantages of S-curve that it is dividing span of the project to 3 equal phases, is that true? can you write some advantages of s-curve ?!
