Some days it is SO HARD to get yourself motivated to exercise because well, you just don't feel like it! You're unmotivated, dreading it, and hating life but you know you need to work out. Sometimes I feel like this when I am on my period. No worries though, it's normal, and I feel ya. In this video, I am sharing with you my 5 tips for getting pumped to work out. Remember that YOU have all the control! Just tell yourself you can do this...and you will!

Working out with other people does NOT work for me, at all, because I see workouts as "me time" and I like to focus on it completely without having to worry about anyone else! Other than that, all the other tips are amazing :) thank you Cassie! Love your videos and will forever be working out with you!

i was feeling kinda depressed because of study and examination pressure today and didn't even feel like doing any kinda workout because I'm on my period but then I got up, won my mind over my body and did some not so intense workout watching some of your workouts and I all of a sudden started feeling happy and optimistic about everything❤ workout is a mood booster😃❤

What I love most about Cassey is that she acknowledges not only our good, but also our bad moments, and helps us overcome them. Every time I do one of Cassey's workouts, it's not just physical. It resonates with me on a spiritual level as well. I motivate myself by putting fit girls on the lock screen on my phone. I always have my phone so I am constantly seeing the body I'm aiming for. Helps me make better decisions with eating and gives me an extra umph to hit the gym. No one will ever regret a good workout! Good luck!
