This remix is outstanding and should have garnered a Grammy nomination, in my opinion — an enormous improvement over the original track. The slowed-down vocals are super sexy, smooth, and strong, and the arrangement beautifully complements it with simplicity: the cool, powerful bass carries most of the tonality on its own, and the samples peppered throughout the background add just the right amount of color to the texture.
