I have been searching the internet for videos about this product. Truth is, I have a few problems with it. Every time I turn the system and the software on there is an effect enabled. even though I do not have one enabled on the unit. The fix for this is to toggle and effect on and off to get no effect. Then it works as it should. Other times it will take like 5 minutes after start-up for me to hear anything. the last issue that I've encountered is, Sometimes the mic input for comms in games will just stop working. I have to re enable it in the game's settings. I'm thinking this is the GAME USB cable. So, after I replace that I should be good in that regard. All in all, it's a solid product but it has some flaws that firmware/software updates should easily fix. Personally, id give it a generous 4/5 stars.

Can you use sample buttons to record and playback discord friends like you could with the GoXLR ?

Great review….do the sound effects only work while streaming or can your friends hear all the effects thanks. Helpful video for sure

Are you still using the Dual? And are you having audio drop out? Driver issues? Mine is a nightmare for audio loss. I have to close the game, switch audio devices and switch it back to get audio back. It's awesome if it is working though.

I got the RGB Dual and it continues to crackle and it constantly disconnects and resets all my settings. Any idea how to fix this?

I watched this before i bought one, i got mine today. It doesnt work. Any adjustments to effects didnt make a difference to the effect and after a couple of tries none of the effects can be heard at all now. They did briefly twice. But havent been able to hear since.

I also contacted inMusic before I purchased asking if it had an autotune effect, they replied saying it did, its called “Modern Singer” but that effect wasnt even there.
Even if it was it wouldnt of worked. Bad purchase. I clearly received a dud. But i dont appreciate being lied to by the company

Another useless product for us who us high end dacs USB pass through would be nice or at least RCA / XLR line out...
