Updating GIS Content

In this video, we are going to be updating a feature layer which was uploading in the wrong format. In a previous video, we uploaded a Districts feature layer in point format which is not really quite good for what we want to represent. Instead, we are going to be replacing that Point Layer with Polygon layer.
