Don't get me wrong I think this is the future and it will come but it's not a next 3 years thing. It's a 10 - 20 years thing.
A whole generation of software engineers will need to train in a whole different paradigm.

In my experience most big multinationals have only just got a successful handle on the cloud which was 3 hype waves ago. They are starting to feel out Machine Learning in small pockets in the organisation and I doubt there is anyone except silicon valley tech giants looking seriously at solving a business problem with Quantum computing.
The idea that 69% of corporations have a quantum computing program underway sounds laughably optimistic.
