If you look close enough, Gaga didn't bump into him on purpose. There is an african american male sitting in a chair to her left and she avoids him with her arm but it creates a tight space as shes walking by and she accidentally bumps into leo with her right arm as shes passing by. And also, as I can see, Leo is NOT laughing at Lady Gaga. He is laughing at something else and I think his reaction was him getting caught off guard but I dont think he was mocking her or making fun of her and I dont think Gaga bumped him on purpose. :)
