INGREDIENTS
• crisp and sturdy lettuce like romaine or baby leaf lettuce

Garlic & Herb Croutons
• white bread, but into small squares
• 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Creamy Ceasar Dressing
• 2 garlic cloves
• 4 anchovy filets
• 2 egg yolks
• juice from 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• ¾ cup olive oil
• ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
• pinch of salt
• ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
