Then after the comedian says this a small portion of the internet will say they actively won't watch his show, at which point the comedian will blabber on about cancel culture, despite the fact that he's not lost any gigs and the press are constantly talking about him. He'll then use this as material in his next special mocking sensitive lefties.

I love people in the comments misreading the title and getting confused but instead of checking the title again they just assume he’s being transphobic when he’s clearly making fun of transphobes. I had to read the title 3 times before I got that it was “James Acaster ON making fun of trans people” and not just “making fun OF trans people” but it was still fairly obvious he wasn’t being transphobic?? Like I checked the title again because it didn’t make sense as I read it the first times
