I am a Data Analyst at @Barclays . Though My work is just not restricted to analysis, it does include data engineering and little bit of science too.
I was getting lots of queries on my linkedin about barclays selection and interview process. So Here is this video guys.

I cracked Barclays and many other without prior data analytic work ex.

1. What projects/how many projects you made
2. How to prepare for business case studies
3. Resources you used to prepare

You could get job easily because of few things.
1. Already had experience in DBA (Database).
2. You had 2 years of experience.
3. You had working experience of Vodaphone.
4. Probably you had IT/CS degree

What about fresher who doesn't have any experience?
It's not that easy for freshers, even if they have skills they won't be preferred

Yaa do make a roadmap. Especially how you optimized youtube because though everything is there for free still understanding if we have completed what is required or not is still is becoming very confusing.
The roadmap will help us with understanding where we stand in our preparation thus eliminating the most confusing part
