How Eclipse & Python 3 8 to Install on MacOS Catalina with Eclipse IDE

Use this command to bind python 3.8.6 to the correct library location

First on MacOS cd to
/Library/Python
you will see a 2.7 directory there.
Create a 3.8 with mkdir 3.8
cd 3.8
