TidyTuesday: Transfer Learning with Tfhub

In this week's #TidyTuesday video, I go over how to create models using transfer learning with Tfhub. I go through some basic pre-processing using the tidytext package and then use the Themis package to rebalance out the classes. I then use transfer learning and use Google's embedding models to train a small neural network. Finally, I evaluate the model and explain the model flaws and why it still is useful for domain purposes.
