Buyer beware Kudrone is a trap.

Some of you might have seen the ads or been told about this but this is definitely too good to be true. This crowdfunding campaign has a lot of red flags around it and should be avoided because of those red flags.

Make sure to share this with anyone who has a history of digging into bad crowdfunding campaigns in the past.

Keep in mind footage used here falls under "Fair Use" clause of the United States and issuing a false DMCA in order to censor this video could easily result in a civil suit tying up all funds currently in the United States jurisdiction should a knowingly false DMCA be issued. See OPG v. Diebold, 337 F. Supp. 2d 1195 for what could lay ahead Ruiven if you take such steps. I've also backed this video up on VidMe if this one should go down.

I believe the facebook post disappearing. I commented on this "free" watch post saying that it wasn't really free, paying $10 for shipping, when they bought those watches from chinese eBay sellers for $3-5 a pop or less if bought in bulk. Every time you tell the truth on those ads on facebook, the admins delete it lol

We ordered a few of these drones. We did finally receive them and they do fly and record decent video. Definitely a toy and would probably be better if it was just a manual control instead of gadget this and tech that. Kudrone has been working with us to try and improve the controls etc but these were definitely a case of “too good to be true”. Cool idea and was worth a shot for the price, unfortunately they over promised and under delivered.

I understand the concern, but two other previous, poor quality, campaign drones from other companies turning out poorly does not mean that this newer kudrone will have the same fate. The technology is available for such a drone and other similar drones are in the works. This drone is being made and I'm fairly confident that it will be pretty nice. I'll give you that 4K at 15fps is useless, but 2.7K at 30fps will be nice. Anyhow, I appreciate the criticism, but I'm staying positive about the end result of this drone.

Yeah, it's pretty hard to believe that drone is real, or at least that it will fly WITH all those features working. I've got a WINGSLAND S6 that has most of those features with 4K, but it's sketchy at times and can only fly about 5 minutes or so. On top of that, my S6 is supposed to be able to do Follow-me, and it seems the software is not yet up-to-date. The S6 is also costly.

Oh, and lastly I'd like to thank many of you on YouTube for the warnings about this scam. I had pledged money for the drone and after reading and seeing so much testimony about how fake it is, I cancelled my pledge and got my money back!
