How to calibrate the Medtronic Minimed 770g System

This is my first YouTube short!

In this video I do a simple calibration of the Medtronic Minimed 770g Insulin pump and Guardian 3 Sensor.

The 770g system (and 670g system) require at least 2 calibrations daily to stay in SmartGuard Auto Mode (the first FDA Approved Hybrid Closed Loop system). This is what a typical calibration looks like:
1. test blood sugar on a glucometer
2. enter bg on the pump
3. select "yes" when prompted to calibrate
4. calibrations generally last 12 hours

Check out my other videos on the 770g:

Thanks man, if you are using your mobile to record the video kindly revers the cam from the option to see exactly the menu .. 😅

the way he said "141" was so catchy, it stayed in my mind for a whole week when I was calibrating my sensor...

Why do you enter it from the menu over it automatically sending it to your pump? Is it because you’re using the one drop glucometer over the accu check?

Can you manually calibrate this thing? Because mine are completely different. My glucose monitor said 445 and my pump says 279. I did take it off for about an hour and a half to do some physical work. Any suggestions??
