As a black person I always wondered why it was racist to mimic a Jamaican accent but not for instance an Irish or Scottish accent .

I have to say the haircare one kind of caught me off guard during a rewatch 😭

With the haircare one, it totally comes aross as racially insensitve because the costume isn't nearly as dirty as Sineya would actually have been. She's a cave person, so it's nothing like carefully maintained dreadlocks.

Buffy is commenting on the blood/viscera in the hair (at least according to the novelization of the episode) But because Sineya looks spotless, it 100% comes out the wrong way.
