Some chase branches are open on Sundays because some branches are located in heavily Jewish areas so some branches opt to close Saturday and work on Sundays.

My guess is the Chase open on Sunday is in Loma Linda, CA. I used to work in that city and almost everything shuts down on Saturday for religious reasons. It was wild. You also can't buy caffeinated beverages or meat at the hospital there.
