We are in a pandemic so videos like this has been a godsend
As a 68 year old beginner I find 20 minutes is perfect
After 8 months I ad on other videos to my 20 minutes til I now devote 2-3 hours learning.

I've done ca 20-30min a day for 2 yrs and there's definitely growth, no need for hours to see change. Also all journeys begin small, and that's better than nothing at all and never starting.

Telling people 1 hr is minimum, and even 2-3 hrs, is a good way to make them not even try. The journey up the mountain starts with a step, and if that step is 20min each day doesn't matter, what matters is you keep climbing and you will reach the mountain as long as you progress and don't stop.

And while I understand true mastery takes a special kind of dedication, there's also something to be said for being realistic about what is attainable for yourself personally, at this time. For me, 2-3 hrs is not. Already that means logically I have to be OK with what I CAN do, and then it becomes a question of accepting that or doing nothing at all.

It may not apply to everyone, but for me, when I started practicing from your videos, two days ago, I am not sure how long I give to the practice, but I do know that when I go along with my day, I bring with me something from the practice. It is like I keep with me a kind of awareness of my body's positions and breathing rythme.... And an inside connection. 🙏🏻

Thank you for using your utube tai shi, ai gong, excerise. I been repeating your excerise program every day. True that 20mins daily can help you relaxing, focus and good health. Very good results I have to my anxiety and hypretension. From 223-113. My doctor can't believe I heal so fast.

iam with depression cause work exaustion, starting now with this practise and I already feel more peace of mind and more body energy...I believe if I keep going ith this practise Ill heal without need of pills for depression 🙌

I have been learning Qigong (with another Qigong practice and it has/does help a great deal). I have "lived in my head" for too long with stress/extreme anxiety. But these videos are encouraging me to take my Qigong practice seriously and I'm excited and honoured to have this opportunity to learn about Qigong from the beginning, with these introductory videos.
