Additional Notes:
-A Marksman with Ranged Support II (xxx2) can use any of his tumbling abilities (Tumble to Prone/Tumble to Kneeling/etc...) to drain Action points similarly to an Entertainer, allowing a medic to continuously heal him as well.

I really wish they made another SWG, just as complex as the first one (PreCU)... All current MMO's are basically spoonfeeding everything to the players. I loved having to put in alot of time, just to get resources for instance.

thanks for answering. i watched all of your videos great work. saw the group krayte one. reminded me that soloing tk doc was fun but group for healing seems easier if ranged so u can still do combat and healing better

My crafting was the first skill I maxed out. Yeah for macro's. I would also say first 2 tiers of first aid. Then first 2 tiers of Diag. Finish up first aid. Finish up Diag unless you can not get good B stims and can get some decent C stim. C stims are you looking at over 100 xp per use. Which is nice.

FYI the Practice mod is more for the not flooding your bag with items. The bonus xp is super small. Like 5 points extra.

Hey Mobyus! Thank you so much for posting this video series. I didn't know that galaxies was surviving in its glory-days form.

I got to play for a few months pre-nge back in 2004 and loved it to death. I couldn't continue because I didn't have the money and had since lost touch with swg. Now I'm aware of the swgemu and the work that's being done to preserve it.

Thanks to your videos (and your channel content as whole...pure entertainment man!) I'm buying swg and hopefully will be logged in and playing within a couple weeks. Very very excited!

Hey Mobyus, Getting started on my own medic (for the first time in about 10 years) and tried out the grind method you suggested here. I found that it was a bit faster in current version to to up pharma in order to get access to better stems. My XP increased dramatically and the grind time was diminished. Just some friendly feedback. :)

Is there still a storyline for this? I played a few years back and all you could do were missions from the terminals.

A thing about medics/doctors is that they are one of the professions you might pick up, because it is very easy to make money.

I get that this is a very old video. But I am currently playing SWG Restoration, and Medic/Doctor/CM are very different. I think I remember it being the way this video describes it back in the day, but now it seems Stimpacks are nearly useless. It's all Bacta heals now. Does anyone have a write up on how that Medic profession works?

Sorry for the off topic question, my brother says he has swg the total experience, which has "an empire divided" and the first 2 expansions (JTL and ROW).
Can I play the emu with this, if so I'll give him a buzz and tell him to bring it on his next visit. (no disc no dinner lol )

i recommend getting a personall mining or floura machine so you dont have to sit for hours getting samples in the middle of no were! :)
