Git with Matlab | R2019a - setup a remote, initial commit, and clone

1. Setup a git bare remote,
2. Create a local repo and make an intial commit
3. Setup remote repo as origin and push the local master branch to remote
4. Switch perspective to other user to clone the remote in git bash, Fork, and Matlab

2. r2019a used here, git source control features started showing up around r2016
