FRC10 WOD #6: Lactic Legs
(Completed as the alternate WOD on Monday July 26th)
Stamina/ Accuracy/ Coordination:
2:30 AMRAP:
Wall Balls
Rest 1:00
2:30 AMRAP:
Double Unders
The AMRAPs must be completed back to back in this specific order to count.
Score = Wall Ball Reps + Double Under Reps + (Add your Medicine Ball weight for every 8 reps completed on Wall Balls).
Example:
- Using a 20 LBS Medicine Ball -
- 64 Wall Balls
- 150 Double Unders
- (64 reps/8 * 20 LBs ball = 160)
- Total score = 64 + 150 + 160 = 374 reps
Rules:
- Wall Balls must hit designated “target” each rep to count. ;-)
