This is an American Classic, made with a Jamaican twist. Trust me, this is the best turkey recipe I've ever made and is my 'go to' recipe for Thanksgiving. You'll want to watch to the end because we have a very special ending.
Serve the bird with my Cranberry Cosmopolitan Sauce, Herb Roasted Potatoes, Herbed Nut Stuffing and Asian Green Beans. You'll be in Americana Heaven. BTW: Did you know that Ben Franklin wanted to make the turkey the American National Bird. Hadn't he heard of Thanksgiving?
