Amazing thank you so much! Big relief from severe OA in calcaneocuboid joint. Doing daily routine and it works!! No fusion for this girl

You’re an amazing teacher. Thank you SO much for this sequence. I love yoga and love yamuna and this was a sweet and very powerful combination. I also recently got my wakers so I’m just beginning to play with them and I’m already in love. I’ll definitely check out more of your videos as I saw you have a foot walker series.
