Woot woot! Congrats on this milestone. I'm a super picky eater and wouldn't eat 99% of the sandwiches (don't be offended, I've been this way all my life, quite the problem child when it came to going to friends and family's for dinner lol), but I watch for the "let's give the x-sandwich a go..." line! I do want to try the recovery sandwich you just posted (minus the cream cheese for sure), it sounds really yummy. God bless.
