It can't just be me that doesn't want a Battlefront on the new movies ? There's hardly any content as only one movie has been released.

It's funny because the old battlefront games were inspired by a battlefield mod and the originals very similar to the old battlefields.Unfortunately I don't think battlefront will change that much. What i would really like ea to do is see a mass effect like star wars game.

your statement was basically., . battlefront wasnt made how i wanted so technically its your fault for wanting it different....

when in reality noone got what they wanted. the battlefield camp didnt get what they want and neither did the battlefront camp but for some reason you think just because you didnt get the game catered to your wants the other camp was happy.

ive never played battlefield but i played battlefront 1 and 2 and eas battlefront is just a generic watered down first person shooter. its similarities to the original bfs are the titles and the star wars theme

I want a Star Wars action adventure RPG,
- solving PUZZLEs in old Jedi and sith temples
- STEALTH sneaking into imperial base.
- trading illegal goods at Mos Eisley spaceport
- blasting my way out of a coruscant jail
- tie fighter / X wing Dogfights

What they should do is release a clone wars battlefront in a year, and after episode 9 release one based on the new trilogy. Or just bring us free dlcs based on those eras to the current battlefront because we need more content.

You're absolutely right. People didn't know what they were saying when they claimed they did not want Battlefront to be like Battlefield. They were always similar. They're both sandbox shooter games with epic, large-scale infantry and vehicular combat and battles. Except DICE'S Battlefront. It's not a bad game necessarily, but it was a disappointing in this aspect.

People DO want a Battlefield-like Battlefront, even if they say they don't. They were just pre-hating on Battlefront before for the sake of hating.

It was disappointing. They barely showed anything. The entire thing was just "We're working on games! We swear!"

Visceral Games isn´t the team behind the Uncharted games, it´s the studio that does deep space and Battle Field Hardline.... It´s  just the head writer from Naughty Dog who is the writer and I believe director for the Visceral Star Wars game.

I also saw a quick picture of First Order star destroyers what looks to be a special forces TIE fighter and maybe a resistance solider.

For those interested in some extra details. The games featured in EA's E3 trailer are. Battlefront 2 from Motive Studios and Dice. Wich is rumored to have a campaign. Also according to the EA website the Finale DLC aka (Early 2017 DLC) for Battlefront will be coming out in late December of 2016 instead of Early 2017. Respawn Entertainment's game is a 3rd person action/adventure game with heavy light saber action,  That is rumored to take place in the prequel era. Then there is the new Star Wars game from Visceral Games with some help from Motive Studios (the game has a completely new story, so it's not a 1313 revival). The last game is from Bioware, it's going to be like Old Republic with a new story.
