Coronavirus and the Constitution

The COVID-19 pandemic has raised many constitutional questions that we’ve never really thought about. Can President Trump order a nationwide shutdown? Can he quarantine the tristate area? Can he force GM to make ventilators or force 3M to make (and not export) masks?

It is my understanding that the federal government has the right to put our constitutional rights on hold for very limited reasons, war and extreme medical. However, the STATES never have a right to violate the constitution. In NJ they left liquor stores open but won't allow us to walk in the pine barrens. they put an 8pm curfew as if the coronavirus runs rampant after 8pm.

“Liberty must at all hazards be supported. We have a right to it, derived from our Maker. But if we had not, our fathers have earned and bought it for us, at the expense of their ease, their estates, their pleasure, and their blood.” – John Adams, 1765

Did you guys actually read the U.S. Constitution? Wake up, it's not that complicated.

The 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 14th amendments have all been violated in many places. Many state Constitutions have been violated as well.

There is no provision in the U.S. Constitutional to suspend any of your rights for an emergency of any kind, ever. Most of the people responsible for fighting for, writing, and ratifying the U.S. Constitution rebelled against lesser tyranny than we now have.

It is a complete violation to tell anyone to make anything. What right does a person have to make anyone do something

Allow me to also break down all of the ways the Government will prolong this allegedly "constitutional" quarantine.

1) I'm healthy, can I go out? No. You are an asymptomatic carrier.
2) I'm not asymptomatic, can I go outside. No. You don't have a Real ID and you haven't been vaccinated.

So what I've gathered is that the constitution is set aside during this pandemic.

My question is. Govenor Desantes Ordered no Mask Mandates fines or shut Downs. The Mayor is enforcing fines, and curfewing our businesses, against Desantes order. Im thinking of taking her to court. Its a crack down of small business, without warrant. our hospital barely has people in it. Can she legally go againt the Govenor without meeting the Govenors orders.

Allow me to summarize this video; Constitutional Rights, Autonomy and Freedom don't exist. Only laws, loopholes, and legal jargon. However, you can be held prisoner in your home with your guns.

These guys are rambling. Let’s go-over actual law and facts.

Appreciate your honesty but it does not give me great confidence in our court system, we all should worry!

Eau Claire, WI. They're making us wear masks at my work. Can I get a medical exemption and if so can they fire me?
