This is just animating a still photo. Motion tracking is when we select something in the frame and it tries to track it's motion and apply the same motion to the picture/video you need to move.

I just wonder why Adobe still doesn´t add to Premiere the AUTO-MOTION TRACKING feature attachable to an image (it only does it with blur...and other effects), since Filmora Pro can do it. It´s a pity.

how do i define differente scales for each key frame?

Can I add a simple element to help make the task more pin point accurate. Make the density of the smiley face to about 20% so you can put the curser on a facial feature instead of guessing roughly where it should be.
