I am wanting to disassemble mine because the bracket that the print head mounts to wiggles, and I am afraid to take it apart.

Do you suppose there is something inside I could tighten up if I do open it?

Also, does it matter specifically how far you thread the lead screw back into the inner comopnents or is it not that specific.

There are too many issues with this video to list. It starts with the Torx mistake (admitted in a reply to another comment); it's much easier to remove the carriage from the other end; he reassembles the carriage in the wrong direction; why unscrew the motor end instead of just pulling the carriage out with it?; it goes on....
