They should come out with some matte singles. That is where oden's eye shines in my opinion. Their shimmers look beautiful in the pan, but tend to hard pan for me and also create a s*** ton of fall out throughout the day. But their mattes are what my dreams are made of...

My first odens eye experience was the holiday palletes, I got both! I love the mattes! I have had difficulty with the shimmers...they hard pan, they give a ton of fallout on application and throughout the day, they crease on me, and they wear off. I have oily eyelids and I use colourpop party proof primer, elf eye primer, or nyx glitter glue for reference. I still love them and wear anyway because they're gorgeous, just glad to know I'm not the only one with this experience since all the youtubers I watch swear by them!

I'm truly wondering if there are different batches going around.. I've had nothing but issues with them.. They disappear, become dull, bunch up, .. Which makes me so sad because I've never had this experience with their palettes which I love! Unfortunately no reply from the brand on my email, comments and posts..

I got a small amount of shades from this release and they are absolutely stunning. Leon and Maja are true standouts! I haven't had any problems with the wear time, but I can't seem to pick up the shadows using a brush (I've tried a range of brushes). That's not a problem, though, since sometimes shimmery shadows don't play well with brushes as an applicator.
