my court-appointed attorney said they arrested me on reasonable suspicion. they had two false statements(I'm guessing) that allowed them to issue a warrant for my arrest. i went to jail(turned myself in with all my physical evidence) and was forced to sleep on a thin blanket for two days with my injured back(which broke in 2017)until I posted bail for $2000. later on at the court date, they ended up dismissing charges with no cost. after they tried to get me to take the deal to pay them $2700 and dismiss the charges. I said NO TO THE DEAL. that's when they ended up dropping it with no cost cause the state troopers who were involved left the court too early but I saw her there when the court was going on. if they had reasonable suspicion and statements why did they drop charges? basically wasted my time and money over a hunch it was me. why didn't they use their witnesses in court? they tried to use the officer as a witness but that's illegal. they never saw me cause I was never there. I had my GPS location and phone records proving it wasn't me. they had reasonable suspicion and no physical evidence why did they issue that arrest warrant. th the process anyways. they refused my physical evidence and everything. they didn't fingerprint the vehicle they claim I was in. nor did they DNA test it. they literally took 2 dope heads' words and went with it. no film no audio no nothing. only hearsay. then I tried showing the state my evidence before I turned myself in and they said I had to go through the process anyways. also, my court-appointed attorney said I wasn't being charged with no crimes at the court date and that it was a court hearing to see if I'm guilty of the charges or not. I was never questioned by anyone either. The system is corrupted badly. also, the magistrate officer gave my social security number and state id information to my mom's neighbor. allowed him to take pictures of it and everything. That's how i found out about my warrant. That's against the privacy act as well. do I have a right to file a civil suit against the state and the officer who violated the privacy act? also, the people who wrote false statements about me? every lawyer aroundf here is scared to go against them. also am I allowed to pursue the civil suits myself if i have any? I want everyone who was involved to pay for what they have done. the courts system in the town was known for falsifying documents and not processing the paperwork correctly. the jail was on the news for its horrible conditions in 2018 as well and they still havent corrected their jail or system. so if u will contact me and plz let me know what i am ablew to do and what steps i need to follow

Cool. So i can claim that i witnessed an alien abduct my sister and probed her, and that would be sufficient to convict.
