That's all about situation, if you're not having a jungler or your jungler does not need blue buff, or he just leave it to you, you'll begin in this way.. that playstyle is giving their jungler no chance, maybe it can win some ranked games, just because if their jungler is underexped, his gank wouldn't be so strong.. about this game I can just say you, that was awesome, the game has been won after 30 minutes .. my score 15/0/10, if you would like to see the whole game just write it in the comments, I will upload it..
