I thought it was a charming property & Home with a Pool& fanastic grounds! But after living abroad & many Brit Summers can get really sticky& humid these dayz, what is their solution, without any A/C available?

The one thing I would do immediately would be to remove that awful Aga monstrosity from the kitchen, to be replaced with a modern electric/gas hob and oven. I really can’t see the appeal such repulsive appliances in an otherwise quite decent kitchen.

It looks so bland and suburban inside. A log burner in the hallway is ridiculous. The pond looks like a dreary mud pool.The styling of the swimming pool is awful..but the gardens are superb and it's a nice home from the outside.

You can get a much nicer home personalised by planners and builders with imported materials.

Not to mention £6m could you get you a house in a lot nicer of a country with more value.
