NATO Chief Stoltenberg calls on Putin to stop the war | NATO FMs meet in Brussels | Russia-Ukraine

Ahead of the Foreign Ministers' meet, NATO chief, Jens Stoltenberg stated that the defence alliance condemns Russian attacks on Ukrainian civilians. Stoltenberg also called on Russia President Vladimir Putin to stop the war.
