Enjoy this serene and ambient short film where I silently run around the Tour du Mont Blanc route during the UTMB Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc CCC 100km ultra marathon race.

UTMB is an ultra marathon race series that takes place at the end of summer with races starting around Mont Blanc massif with them all finishing in Chamonix town underneath the summit of Mont Blanc.

In this short film I am taking part in the UTMB CCC race, which is a 100km distance ultra-marathon and I film it from my point of view as I make my way around the majority of the Mont Blanc Massif, starting in Courmayeur, Italy, running through to Switzerland and then finishing in Chamonix, France.

Have seen a lot trail videos, but this one would be one of few favourites.
Background music blends nicely with captured views and leaves a feeling like being the second person in the story.
No words needed to feel the atmosphere.
And loved those "still moments" to capture runners or locals.
It's not your typical "YouTube runners" video, it's more like documentary

What an amazing film! Really impressed that you managed to both race and film at the same time! Well done! And thank you for showing what the whole experience is like. This is exactly what I need to see as I prep for CCC later this year. On the one hand, the trails are exciting and absolutely breathtaking, but at the same time, really worried that I won’t make it before the cutoff time.
