How To Make Layered Heat Transfer Vinyl Tshirts with a Cricut

This week we made some Super Bowl Party Tshirts with Cricut and Heat Transfer Vinyl. It's Superbowl weekend! And we KNOW we all need the proper gear for THE party of the year! It just happens to be serendipitous that one of our viewers asked us last week for a tutorial on how to make multi-color t-shirts with heat transfer vinyl and the Cricut. So with that request and our constant need for competition, we decided to make Super Bowl T's with rival teams! Neither of us are huge football fans, but Garrett picked the Rams to support the underdog and I picked the Patriots because... I like to win... This was a fun, quick project that anyone can make and save a TON of money at the same time! Have fun this weekend! Do it, build it, make it! Go Pats! #doitbuilditmakeit #superbowl #cricut #expressionsvinyl

How do you separate the colors/design. That is the part I am trying to learn. How did they print separately?

What is that gold or brown covering that u have on the heat press so that the other layers don’t melt?

These look awesome! Is there a certain type of glitter htv that you can layer on top of? I was always told to “slice” in order to layer on top of glitter (which is a pain!) I like this method much better!

Is there a reason u didn’t slice the letters into the background so it wouldn’t be so thick

Where did you get the images and raglan shirt? How do you know what size to make the design for each size shirt? Also, I thought you couldn’t layer on glitter so what brand did you use?
