One for running. Proper supported running shoes for cardiovascular health and overall fitness.
One for gym. Flat shoes ideally with wide toe box for lifting heavy weights for stability.
One for walking. These can be ultra foamed up cushions or something like ultra boosts, these can be used for running recovery.
One for casual/dress. Anything to be paired for casual wear or something higher up, usually minimalist design.

I was going to get some AF1s, but I instead got the Asics Japan S. I must say, I did not regret my decision. They're light, comfy, and affordable. They usually go for $70-100, but I got mine for around $45.

for me a pair of "comfortable" shoes have more to do with the level of support and less with the amount/potency of the cushioning and the squishiness. honestly something like the birkenstock boston, that has a hard solid cork sole, is the most comfortable shoe i've ever worn. I'm also generally a big believer in zero drop shoes so things like converse are actually not a problem for me. I'm a martial arts instructor so im on my bare feet for my entire days, and shoes like converse and blazers actually feel more like what im comfortable with.

Idk, honestly the three I'd recommend are a pair of everyday shoes (could be AF1, Converse, NB, and so on), a pair of trainers (mesh shoes) for running and working out, and a pair of dress shoes. And make sure they fit with the style of clothing you're comfortable and confident wearing. Great video tho!

I wear Nike Pegasus 40s due to how comfortable they are and how much I walk daily and I have them in four different colors (black and white, all white, black and red, blue and white) so that I can match them with my t-shirts and baseball caps in terms of color.

In my opinion and this is what I’ve been told by a few of my uncles and my grandfather. You as a man need 5 shoes: One pair is for any and all formal occasions so that could be a Chelsea boot, loafer, oxford etc. A cheap beater shoe that you can wear everyday that can get wet, muddy etc so that would be a cheap running shoe. Any sort of steel cap boot, my uncle has been a tradesman for years and he believes that everyone no matter if they work in construction or not will at some point in their lives need a good pair of steel cap boots. A pair of slides for around the house or around a pool or at the beach and finally a nice pair of sneakers for when you’re with your friends and need some nice casual shoes.

I wholeheartedly believe those five shoes can start a solid collection of shoes.

Get some Pink Miracle shoe cleaner for your sneakers and then a Magic Eraser for the midsole. Soak your laces in a bowl of warm water and a touch of fabric detergent. Soak for a while, rinse well, squeeze the water out, hang to dry.

Your sneakers will look almost new for much longer.

Yo Arron just a recommendation for a shoe that I think you might like are some Jordan 1 Low AJKO Union, they have removable swooshes that you can change the colors with. Also amazing video as always!

I recently bought the new balance 574 leather. They are super nice and comfy, I chose the green beige and white style. Even tho there is a grey only style. I would recommend checking them out. Thanks for the vids man.
